Complementary health services and health and wellness-related information will be available from 1-5 p.m. Sunday (April 28) outside the Student Recreation Center. The two-mile Community Health Walk will begin at 2:30 p.m. and the run will begin at 3:30 p.m.

City utility, road work on Downtown Campus to start in May
The City of Morgantown and Morgantown Utility Board will begin projects on North High Street beginning May 6, coinciding with the end of the University’s spring semester. During Phase 1, North High Street between Maiden Lane and Prospect Street will be closed to replace a water line. Phase 2 of the project is expected to begin June 1 with the paving of North High Street.

WVU advises caution after black bear report at Core Arboretum
The West Virginia University Police Department is issuing a Community Notice advising caution after a black bear was reported in the Core Arboretum Tuesday afternoon (April 23). Officers immediately responded to the area and canvassed the trail but were not able to locate the bear. If you encounter the bear, call 911.
